Beginner’s Wire Wrapping Class
This beginners wire wrapping class will familiarize the student with techniques essential to creating jewelry with beads and wire starting with working with headpins and moving on to making links, clustering gems, making decorative spirals and working with briolette cut stones to create unique and creative jewelry. Supplies are included along with a handout on the basics of wire wrapping. Each student must bring their own pair of flat nose pliers, round nose pliers and cutters.

Fanciful Wire Wrapping Class
The fanciful wire wrapping class is an intermediate class that focuses on using a variety of cuts of stones to create the forget-me-not earrings, the orange blossom earrings and the rose window necklace. Supplies are not including in this but a list will be provided and each student must bring their own pair of flat nose pliers, round nose pliers and cutters.

Filigree Workshop
The Bird’s nest workshop is an advanced all day workshop using filigree weaving techniques as well as coiling wire into nests, exploring new ways to mix chain with stringing techniques and using stones to create a one of a kind sculptural centerpiece. The filigree, bird, flower filigree branch, a few stones that are only in my collection and a handmade booklet are included while a list of additional supplies will be given via email; however, you may substitute all the stones with stones that you already have in your own collection. Each student must bring their own pair of flat nose pliers, round nose pliers and cutters.

Flower Branch Necklace
The flower branch necklace is an intermediate wire wrapping class that uses sterling wire to create free form branches with gemstone beads and flowers. In this class we will explore different ways to coil wire into braches and if we have time we will make beads using wire. Supplies are not including in this but a list will be provided and each student must bring their own pair of flat nose pliers, round nose pliers and cutters.

Amulet Necklace
The amulet necklace class is centered around using your found objects and treasures to create a one of a kind necklace using chain and wire. Each student will need to bring a selection of treasures and I will help each person design and create their piece using basic as well as advanced techniques. Supplies are not included in this class and each student must bring their own pair of flat nose pliers, round nose pliers and cutters.
