In times of spiritual seeking the aquamarine is thought to connect one with their inner self and thus unite the soul with universal truths. Both Yellow and blue aquamarine stimulate the thyroid and the pituitary glands. Peridot is one of the few gemstones that results directly from the lava flows or igneous rocks, so it bears the ability to cauterize emotional wounds to allow healing to occur. Citrine increases self-awareness and psychic abilities that are linked to the bodies receptors while it also aids in the realization of life purpose. Citrine is a remarkable stone that influences and supports the expression of one's life force. Gold is a strengthener of the heart. The winter jasmine will bring anyone through the winter of their life by leaving an inspiration raw of blue and yellow light that will counteract any amount of darkness.
