The Azalea is a flower of extraordinary vitality and is symbolic of temperance. To look at the vibrant blossoms of the azalea is to almost feel overwhelmed with its glorious pink richness. The Box

The azalea box is covered with a large blossom made out of tourmaline, spinel, morganite and rose quartz and is surrounded by green peridot leaves as well as peridot chips, and both pink and green tourmaline all hand sewn on raw silk. The inside of the box is lined with Japanese hand screened paper as well as raw silk and twisted silk ribbon. The azalea box can reside anywhere in a house although in a living room near a window may give the room an extra ray of pink light.
